If you are a Common Purpose participant or alumni and are having difficulty registering with or logging onto the 360 website, accessing your participant area or updating your details, please check the list of FAQs below to see if there's an answer to your question there.
Registered users can also download a handy user guide, which will take you through the basics of activating your profile and making connections with your group and other users. It also gives you a flavour of the exciting features of the website itself.

Q: Why can't I log in to the 360 website?
A: Full login access to the 360 website is restricted to participants and alumni of Common Purpose.
If you are a current participant or a Common Purpose graduate, in order to access the website you will need to register first.
Q: How do I register with the 360 website?
A: Click on the "register" button in the Login panel on the right hand side of the screen, then enter in your email address when prompted (this is the email address that you supplied on your application form, or on which you receive any updates from Common Purpose). Once you have done so, you will receive an email containing a link - click on this link for final log in instructions and to select your password.
Please note: If you have registered for a Common Purpose website in the past, you will be able to log in to the 360 website using the same email address and password without the need to re-register.
Q: My email address was recognised, but I have not received a registration email
A: The email may have been blocked by your email spam/virus filter and have ended up in your junk mail. The email is sent from donotreply@commonpurpose360.org - add this email address to your safe list, and check in your junkmail folder or with your organisation's IT administrator to see if the email has been blocked.
You cannot complete your registration for the 360 website without receiving this email.
Q: My email address was not recognised when I tried to register
A: This may be because the email address you provided was not the email address we have in our system. Please try again, or if you would like us to update your email address, please see the FAQ below for instructions on how to do so.
Q: I have forgotten my password - how do I recover it?
A: If you have previously registered with the 360 website or any other Common Purpose website but have forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot password" link in the Login panel on the right hand side to recover or reset it.
Q: How do I change/update my email address?
A: In order to change or update your email address, you will need to contact the 360 team at info@commonpurpose360.org. Please email the team from the email address that is currently registered for you. If this is not possible, please provide us with:
Your name (please let us know if your name has changed)
The name and location of the course you took/are taking part in
Your organisation when taking part in the course and your current organisation
Your job title when taking part in the course and your current job title
The email address you would like to use to access the 360 website
Q: I have forgotten the email address that I used to register with the website
A: Please contact the 360 team at info@commonpurpose360.org and provide the details listed in the question above.
Q: I am no longer redirected straight to my participant area after logging in. How do I access it?
A: When you have entered the 360 website, you will see a different coloured panel called "Participant Area", which will appear on the right hand side of your screen below your name. Click here to access your participant area.
Q: My course has started, but I cannot access the full 360 website, just my participant area
A: Access to the full 360 website is only available to participants once the course fee has been received. Until this point, participants will be able to access their participant area only.
Q: My course has finished. For how long will I be able to access my participant area?
A: You will retain access to your participant area for a month after your final day.
